1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using LocalYantra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, do not use the software.
2. Subscription Tiers & Profile Limits
LocalYantra operates on a dynamic profile fleet model: 1 Profile is ₹499/month, 5 Profiles is ₹1,499/month, and 20 Profiles is ₹3,999/month. Your active Google Business Profile locations are capped according to your purchased license limit. Attempting to connect listings exceeding your quota requires upgrading your subscription.
3. Acceptable Use & Compliance
You agree not to use LocalYantra to publish deceptive, false, or spam content on Google Maps. You represent that you are authorized to manage the Google Business Profiles connected to your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate Google's official My Business Content Policies.
4. Payment, Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically each month via Razorpay until cancelled by you in your dashboard billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Invoices are emailed upon successful transaction verification.
5. Service Availability & Third-Party APIs
LocalYantra connects via Google My Business APIs. We are not responsible for delays, service outages, or policy suspensions originating from Google's underlying infrastructure. We maintain standard 99.9% uptime for our core software.
