We want you to be completely satisfied with LocalYantra. If you subscribe to any plan and find that our platform does not suit your business or agency needs, you may request a 100% refund within 7 days of your initial payment date.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, simply send an email from your registered billing address to rankingravils@gmail.com with:
- Your registered account email
- Your Razorpay payment ID (from your receipt)
- A brief note explaining why the software did not meet your expectations
Refund requests are reviewed within 24 business hours and processed back to your original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days via Razorpay.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time with zero penalty. After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period, and no further recurring charges will occur.
