Google API Services User Data Policy

1. Google API Scopes Requested

LocalYantra requests access strictly to official Google Business Profile management scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage

This scope allows our application to read and update verified listings, fetch customer reviews, publish scheduled Google updates, upload photos, and retrieve aggregated performance metrics on your behalf.

2. Strict Compliance with Limited Use Policy

LocalYantra strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

• No Data Brokering: We will never sell, rent, or trade your Google Business Profile data to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party.
• No Personalized Advertising: Google user data is never used to serve targeted advertisements.
• No Model Training Without Consent: Google user data is not used to train generalized artificial intelligence models without your explicit instruction.
• Strict Human Access Limitations: No LocalYantra employee or contractor is permitted to view your Google Business Profile data unless you explicitly authorize access to troubleshoot an issue, or when required for system security or legal obligations.

3. Revoking Access

You can revoke LocalYantra's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Security Permissions dashboard. Upon revocation, our systems will immediately lose access to your listings.
