LocalYantra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("LocalYantra", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and safeguarding of information when you access our SaaS platform, website (https://localyantra.com), and Google Business Profile management tools.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or connecting your Google Business Profiles:

• Account Details: Full name, email address, phone number, company or agency name.
• Billing & Payment Data: Transaction identifiers, Razorpay order IDs, payment status, and subscription tier. We do not store raw credit card numbers or banking passwords on our servers; payments are securely processed by Razorpay.
• Google Account Information: When you connect via Google OAuth, we access authorized profile names, location identifiers, reviews, opening hours, categories, media, and insights via Google's official My Business APIs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to deliver, maintain, and enhance our services:

• To display and synchronize your Google Business Profile locations, reviews, posts, and attributes.
• To execute user-initiated actions such as publishing updates, updating opening hours, or submitting AI review replies.
• To process billing transactions and provide official tax invoices.
• To send operational notifications, including subscription activation and payment receipts.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or unauthorized access.

4. Google API User Data & Limited Use Disclosure

LocalYantra's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We strictly use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features that are prominent in the LocalYantra application.
• We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks.
• We do not use or transfer Google user data for serving targeted advertisements.
• We do not allow humans to read your data unless you have given explicit consent for troubleshooting, it is necessary for security purposes, or required by applicable law.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You may disconnect your Google Business account at any time via the LocalYantra dashboard or through your Google Account security permissions. Upon account termination or written request, we permanently delete your stored tokens and cached profile records within 30 days.
